Return Policy: Online Purchases
At Pedigree Ski Shop your complete satisfaction is important to us. Any unused and unaltered item purchased from our online store may be returned for a full refund (except shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of purchase when accompanied by a copy of your order form. All items must be returned in original condition and include all original tags and product packaging. (excluding any shipping cartons and packaging materials used therein), and may be shipped to the address below. Please note that Pedigree Ski Shop reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise. If you are shipping the item(s), please advise us whether you desire a refund or exchange. For an exchange, please include the details of the item(s) desired. Ship all items insured, prepaid, via UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post. Remember to get a tracking number from the shipper. C.O.D returns cannot be accepted.

Shipping Policy
Shipping prices are based on the weight and size of each item or items purchased, the shipping method (UPS), and the return address. The shipping charge is calculated after the item is added to the cart, and is based upon the destination zip code entered. Pedigree Ski Shop ships within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, via UPS. Pedigree ships to Canada with the understanding that customers are solely responsible for duties and taxes.
